Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow our return procedure if eligible.
